Each instructional video provides a list of ‘special’ ingredients, if any, prior to purchasing that will be necessary to complete the coordinating recipe. It is your responsibility to read all of the information provided. We want to make sure it is possible for you to acquire these ‘special’ ingredients for the recipes that are of interest to you. We understand that not all of the ‘special’ ingredients are available in every country around the world.
PLEASE FOLLOW BAKING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.

We cannot stress enough that the ingredients called for in our recipes have been tried and tested countless times over the past 20 years and we have invented the best possible combinations which are described in express detail in the instructional videos. For example, if the recipe calls for avocado oil, do not substitute for any other type of oil. We will be clear about alternative choices in the ingredient lists. Substitutions will result in an inferior outcome that you will definitely not like and that we did not intend for you to experience.

They videos are intended for personal use and for the food industry to add to their library of baked goods for their customer’s culinary experience.
The purchase of the instructional videos from this Site in no way creates a right to copy, or monetize the Intellectual Property of Katie’s Baking, Inc., DBA GLUTEN FAKERY by republishing the recipes under any other name.
